To Whom It May Concern:

In my experiences with Hovermill Flooring for more than 13 years, I have found both their office and field teams a perfect retail Flooring Contractor who builds long-term relationships and fosters Teamwork between owners/tenants and other sub-contractors, alike. I say this based primarily on my experience with Hovermill completing complicated urban Supermarkets - both new and remodels - as well as standard suburban stores.

That said - I also find Hovermill:

• To be pro-active and creative in their problem solving abilities.
• Producing a high quality product that they care about and stand behind.
• Was diligent in meeting their promised milestone/completion dates.
• Was mindful of project "extras".
• Had the right amount of experience and resources.
• Had a fantastic attitude and acted in a very professional manner throughout the projects.

In sum: Flooring Contractors have different levels of proficiency and expertise. If your project requires the "ATeam", then working with Hovermill is the ideal choice—no issues.
